*A booster pack is a pack of the set being played. Packs may be issued as IOU coupons if there are distribution issues.
*Any cancellations must be done at least 48 hours ahead of the event start time. Any event registrations canceled with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.
*Registration concludes 15 minute prior to the event start time.
