Shipping Policy

• We do not ship any non-TCG Singles products, we operate the majority of our business as in-store only to accommodate our local customers and gaming communities first.
• TCG Single cards ordered at https://gregsgames.com/singles can be shipped. Loyalty points are only accrued for TCG Singles orders picked up and paid for in-store.

Return Policy

• Items purchased from us may be returned for a full refund in the same payment method as the original transaction within 30 days.
• Items returned after 30 days may only be returned for store credit. Staff reserves the right to refuse refunds beyond 30 days.
• Returned items must be in new condition and unused. This does not apply to items being returned due to manufacturing defects.
• Collectible/trading card products, loose miniatures, books, magazines, and gift cards may not be returned or exchanged.
• Clearance sales are final.
• Customer pays shipping on returned items if applicable.

Pricing Policy

• Collectible products are generally priced at or near market pricing, determined by recent, verified sales on TCGPlayer.com and/or eBay.com depending on the rarity or availability of the item. Collectible products are defined as any trading card game product (singles and sealed) and any other product denoted as limited or special edition by the manufacturer.
• Non-Collectible products are generally priced depending on our wholesale and/or replacement costs. These costs are determined by our distribution partners and/or the availability of the product.
• MSRP, or the manufacturer's suggested retail price, does not factor into our pricing for any of our products.
